Terms of Service
By booking or attending classes or using Happystash digital services you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update terms from time to time — material changes will be notified on our website.
- Bookings: All class bookings are subject to availability and our booking rules.
- Pricing: Fees published on our website are the current prices. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
- Third-party services: Some classes, events or retreats use third-party providers and separate terms may apply.
Refunds & Cancellation — Consumer rights (AUS)
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Our refund and cancellation policy balances consumer protections and operational requirements for studio and online sessions.
- Class cancellations by Happystash: Full refund or credit for missed classes at your choice.
- Customer cancellations: If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class, you will receive a full credit; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee or loss of credit.
- Course or retreat cancellations: If we cancel an event, attendees receive full refund or credit. If you withdraw, different rules may apply — see event terms.
Safety, Health & Class Advisories
Yoga involves physical activity. You must ensure you are medically fit to participate. Inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy or health conditions prior to class.
- Pre-class assessment: Check with a medical professional if unsure.
- Pregnancy & medical conditions: Some practices are not suitable — speak to your instructor.
- Hot Yoga: Hydrate and review heat-intensity warnings before attendance.
Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content on happystash.vip including class recordings, images and text is owned by Happystash or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
Recorded classes provided under licence for students are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Happystash limits liability for loss or damage arising from use of our services. We do not exclude guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. For disputes, please contact our support first; unresolved complaints may be referred to Consumer Affairs Victoria or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as appropriate.
